Ellender students listen to slave poetry.

My group did an interview with Angie Matherne.
We were Cajun two step dancing with the little kids. It was a great experience.
We asked him if he liked slavery?He answered it was wrong and some slaves were brought to the plantation and was hung on sticks.
We interviewed a Union officer from Springfield, Illinois.
